Clients and projects
Supporting the marketing team in a review and set up of an end to end marketing planning process to develop and maintain a 12 months marketing plan in order to achieve integrated campaign development and implementation.
In addition, work with the marketing team to develop, communicate and implement brand POS and visual merchandising strategy and guidelines as well as review of photography process to make recommendations on efficiency and effectiveness.
F&F Clothing at Tesco
Heading up F&F UK Marketing team to review of all existing creative elements and marketing material in order to clarify strategic position and recommendations on how to position F&F for its future growth. Remit include all aspects of the brand including the instore environment, existing material collateral, and advertising and assessed the manner in which they support the positioning strategy of the clothing proposition.
Red Ketchup have worked regularly with M&S for the past five years, creating and co-ordinating shoots for POS and online, as well as helping to put together the Christmas Gift Guide.
Most recently, we’ve played a major role in the brand’s multi-channel plans, creating an integrated journey for customers that make shopping easy and inspirational. From mobile web to instore touch screen order points, Red Ketchup has helped M&S develop a compelling set of propositions that will shape the future of the store.
M&S Style Online project
A key part of the multichannel development in M&S is Style Online, an in-store area that provides customers with inspirational touch screen editorial content and ordering, opening up the full M&S style range to customers in smaller stores. The project, which has received incredibly positive customer feedback, was also a winner at the Econsultancy Innovation Awards 2012 in the category of Innovation in Retail.
Internacionale Retail Ltd
Red Ketchup reviewed the Internacionale brand with a view to defining the fundamental pillars of the brand, to clarify what elements of the brand needed to be kept consistent, what could be updated and changed on a seasonal basis. All aspects of the brand including the instore environment, existing material collateral and advertising were assessed in order to develop the positioning strategy of the Internacionale brand.
Working with Saturday London, Red Ketchup managed the instore environment launch of the acclaimed make up range from Top Shop in their flagship stores in Oxford Street and New York as well as across their portfolio.
Red Ketchup has worked with New Look on print advertising, instore POS and windows and PR, including the very successful S/S2010 campaign with Gossip Girl’s Taylor Momsen.
